Storytelling in Cyber Security

Storytelling in Cyber Security. "...Stories engage our senses and emotions, and can connect our audiences to information differently".

Whether you are conducting an awareness campaign, a penetration test, an incident response engagement, or a cyber security framework review, unless the results and deliverables are communicated well, the value of those engagements can be diminished. The more effective we are in communicating what matters by providing calm, measured and informed advice in an understandable way, the more successful we can be in helping our colleagues or clients. One way to communicate these complex concepts is through storytelling. Storytelling can be used to convey ideas in a way which can be relatable and remembered.
